Please take time to read the vendor packet BEFORE you come to set up. All of the information necessary regarding the event is provided in the vendor packet. If you have a question and cannot find the information needed on the website, please contact: sales@goodlivingexpo.com.

Important Deadlines:

12/22 – OP Food Sampling Permits submission deadline
12/28 – Discounted rates from OPCC for electrical deadline
12/31 – Last day to receive discounted pricing on Liberty Expo Rentals

Set Up HOURS:

Thursday, January 6: 5pm-8pm
Friday, January 7: 8am-1pm

Tear Down Hours:

Saturday, January 8^th – 6pm-9pm

Show Hours:

Friday, January 7^th – 3pm-8pm
Saturday, January 8^th – 10am-6pm

Parking:

Parking is FREE. The Overland Park Convention Center has 1,400 FREE parking spaces within their complex. We will not be running shuttles this year due to lack of use last year. We ask that our exhibitors park in the garage parking or towards the back of the lot, leaving prime parking for guests.

Rentals

To rent tables, chairs, carpet or other set-up items, exhibitors may order directly through our contracted company, Liberty Expo. Please read the instructions on how to order.

Food Sampling

Food Vendor Information & Food Permits – ONLINE SUBMISSION
Direct sales of prepared food and beverages for consumption on the premises is not allowed without approval from the Good Living KC Expo and OPCC. Sampling is allowed, however portions may be no greater than 2 oz. for food or beverages.

Vendors providing food or beverage samples are responsible for securing any and all licenses and permits as may be necessary, and for complying with all State and Local Health Department guidelines regarding food sampling. Deadlines will be posted closer to the event. The city will not allow late submissions and you will NOT BE ALLOWED TO SAMPLE without a permit.

If you will be sampling food at the event, please download this form for instructions on submitting a permit.  The deadline to obtain a permit is Dec. 22, 2020.

Electrical Services:

Electrical is not included in the booth fee and must be ordered online from the OPPC. The cost is $75 per standard 120 Volt Single Phase Service 500 Watt Outlet if ordered 10 days prior the event.  Ordering information is included in the vendor packet.

Sales tax form:

Vendors are responsible for submitting Sales Tax Forms to the state of KS. Download the Sales Tax Form HERE.
