MOVE-IN AND EVENT DATES & TIMES

Friday, June 6:
Set-up Hours  1am – 3pm
*You must be in your booth by 4pm
Event Hours  4pm – 9pm
Tear down  9pm
 
Check in by Pavillion 1 (by the playground). This central location is located between the two Meadowbrook parking lots.
 
Food trucks must be on-site by 3pm.

There are two parking lots that you can park in. We suggest that if you are in booths 27-40 you park at Shelter 2, South Side of the park. If you are booths 1-26 we suggest you park by the Pickle Ball Courts, which is the North side of the Park.

 

Registration Table will be by Pavilion 1 which is closest to the Playground for ease for both locations loading. 

 

REMEMBER that NO cars are allowed to pull down to your space for either LOAD IN OR LOAD OUT! There will be park staff there to only DRIVE you to your space with their golf carts. They will NOT be able to assist putting your stuff in their carts, so please be prepared to get your stuff to and from your space on your own or in the golf cart that they will drive.

Meadowbrook Vendor booths are geared toward handmade, local and boutique businesses. The event is hosted outdoors at Meadowbrook Park in Prairie Village. Vendors MUST provide their own 10×10 white tent. Tables and chairs are not included in the booth price. If you need electricity, you must provide your own generator.

 

Vendors are placed on the map after all booth submissions have been received. 3 weeks prior to the event, a vendor email will be sent out with booth assignments and a map of the event. We will do our best to place you in a booth location that is a reasonable distance from competitors and one that is according to your specific requests, but there are no guarantees.

 

If your application has been accepted, you will receive an email with a link to the payment form. Your total booth fee is due upon submission. 

 

Payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you have to cancel after being accepted, please be aware we do not offer any refunds. Please take time to view our Terms & Conditions.
