AKT – Leawood is hosting (2) 20 Minute FREE AKT CIRCUIT classes Saturday and Sunday at the Just For Her Event!

AKT CIRCUIT is a full body HIIT training class. It combines full body plyometric exercises with medium weight compound strength movements in 30 second and 15 second intervals.
During the 20 minute class participants will go through two to three circuits that include four exercises each and will complete these exercises in two 30 second intervals and one 15 second interval.
AKT is a dance based cardio fitness and wellness brand fueled by positivity and a combination of personal training, and movement based technique. We have four formats including DANCE, BANDS, TONE, and CIRCUIT. Our classes vary from high-intensity to low-intensity and always combining some form of cardio with resistance training. AT AKT there is something for every body!!
